“Getting tested is boring.”

WHAT?!

Boring is for anyone who…

For anyone who…

  1. …can’t make sense of their blood report.
  2. …forgets to book their blood tests regularly.
  3. …wants the signal, not the noise.
  4. …wants their family healthy.

You've tried the other ways.

It was never about effort.
Nobody joined the dots.

Not knowing feels free. Until it's been five years.

Meet Boring.

The health companion you never had.

Boring books your tests, explains what they actually mean, and stays with you in between.

  1. We book your tests36 tests, chosen carefully. Someone comes home for the sample. Once, or every six months.
  2. We explain them, out loudBoring calls and talks you through your results in everyday words, or chat if you’d rather type. Ask it anything.
  3. We make it smallA few small things for today, built around your results. Not a programme. Not a lecture.
  4. We stay in betweenBoring checks in, remembers what you said, and keeps every result in one place.

Good questions.
Boring answers.

What tests are included?

A carefully curated set of 36 tests, covering the whole body. We test what is worth testing and nothing more, so you get numbers that actually tell you something rather than a long report you can do little with.

How do the tests actually happen?

Someone comes to your home to take the sample, at a time that suits you. No queue, no morning taken off. We call to confirm everything beforehand, so there is nothing for you to arrange.

What will it cost?

You will be able to subscribe, or simply book a single set of tests without committing to anything. We are still settling the details, and we will be upfront about them before asking anyone to pay.

Where are you available?

We are starting soon in major Indian cities, with more to follow. Add your city when you sign up and we will tell you how close we are to you.

Is this medical advice?

Boring helps you understand your results and build steadier habits around them. We do not prescribe medication, and we are not a replacement for your doctor. When you need one, we say so.

When will I hear back?

We are starting with a small group, so it may take a little while. We will write to you either way, even if it is only to say we are not in your city yet.

  1. Walking.

Left foot. Right foot. For thirty minutes.

  2. Sleeping.

Eight hours of lying very still with your eyes shut.

  3. Eating well.

    Vegetables. Again.

  4. Drinking water.

It tastes of nothing. Eight glasses of nothing.

  5. Getting checked.

We all mean to. Then it’s next month. Then it’s been two years.

becauseBoring things compound.

Day 1 of 365

One walk. Nothing happens.

Every day, a little.
Then, one day, a healthier you.
